Inspired by Andrea Fraser’s work and by the artistic path of institutional critique, I decided to assume the position of the art guide to transcend and question the academic power and the artistic hierarchy between the artist and the curator. As institutionalized art spaces (museums) are considered a source of artistic knowledge and academic authority, I took the audience around a museum tour showcasing  Picasso’s, Dali’s and Miro’s artwork, by including some false information and non-convenient information not often exposed to not degrade the artist’s image or reputation. Challenging the criticality and the trust on academic hierarchical art figures of the audience was the main purpose of the piece.
